I know this might sound stupid and sound so random, but does anyone eat cereal for lunch and lost weight with it?

It's not what or when you eat, it's how much you it. You can eat cereal at every meal, be in a deficit and lose weight.0

Of course. You can lose weight while eating anything... you just need to be in a deficit. (Like hitting the calorie target MFP gives you when you set it up right.)
Yes, I've lost while eating cereal. However, I find the calories in cereal really high for the fact that it doesn't help me stay full. So I don't eat it that often, because I'll stay fuller on other foods. But different people are different, so have at it.0 -
No I haven't... But provided you can control portions (a "serving" of cereal is quite small) you certainly could0

Yeah i agree, thanks:)0

I don't think I've ever eaten cereal for lunch. I've had it for breakfast and I've had it for supper, but never lunch.0

Are oats considered cereal? I mix 1/2 cup dry oats with a container of yogurt and eat that for lunch sometimes. I don't really like other cereals though.0

Don't they make that with just marshmallows? I'd have that three meals a day.

I've seen them as a topping at Frozu.
As for cereal as a meal other than breakfast, yes, I've done it. If you stay in your goals it's not a problem.0 -
It doesn't matter . Its about overall calories and not about what time you eat cereal. Ive eaten brownies with ice cream for dinner and lost weight, because its about calories in verse calories out.0

LOL. Dumb. Everyone knows cereal is anything that comes out of a box with a cartoon on it. If not it's some pretentious food substance.0 -
