Hello everyone. Ive been trying this time lol to lose 10 lbs since Jan 2015. Ive gained 5 lbs. found out i started menopause and have been under excessive amounts of stress for 4 yrs. Im thinking the cortisol hormone is out if control. Been keeping track of food. Trying fir 1200 cal a day. Up to 2 wks ago exercised hard 5 times wk. i feel my metabolism has shut down. I turned 50 in march. I need to get things under control.

    Hey Wendy! I think this app will really help you! As long as you are eating healthy and within your allotted calorie zone and working out 5 times a week you are doing great things for your body. Just keep logging into MFP and keep up the hard work!! A little Yoga will go a long way for stress too!
