Paleo Friends

Hello,

I have been tracking my food and exercise for 3 years. I have recently decided to try Paleo because of some food allergies/intolerances, acne and other issues. I have done pretty well so far, but need some Paleo friends that share their diary. Yes, I'm nosey LOL...........no just need some fresh ideas. I do have a treat once a week (usually ice cream). I work out 6 days a week, I am a fitness instructor and I do count some of those classes as workouts because I do the workout with the class. I also strength train and am beginning to add more strength activities in. Please shoot me a friend request if your Paleo or comment below. Thanks in advance for the support!     HI! Paleo has been good to me. i do occasionally eat beans, but i soak them for 2 days and i eat cheese sparingly. i just added those 2 items, but other than that i am strict paleo. i have never felt better! i have been doing it since November of 2012, so 7 months so far.
