Increasing Cardio

Hi,
Lately I've been paying close attention to how many calories I eat a day and I've been seeing the results from that. But I was wondering if I should start working out before work to really intensify my cardio. I currently work as a kennel attendant which is a lot of physical endurance. I'm consisatanrly moving, running and picking up heavy objects. Not including the traveling I do to get back and forth. Since losing more weight every week, I feel like this is the time to gain more endurance and loose more fat by working out before work. If anyone has some quick cardio workouts, please share!
