WHAT ACTIVITY LEVEL DO YOU PUT IN TDEE CALCULATORS

I'm wondering what activity level everyone uses on TDEE calculators. During the week I do the treadmill or a jillian video for about 30 minutes. On the weekends I do 40 minutes on the elliptical and then weights. I am sitting most of the day besides my workout, so I usually use the lowest level.

I use the lowest level as well, and if I do any exercises at all then I'll add them in manually. I do a lot of sitting around most of the day anyhow.

I use something in between lightly active and moderately active. I typically do 45-60 minutes of exercise a day, strength/weight training 2-3 times a week and walks the other days, but I mostly sit on my bum the rest of the time so the idea that I'm moderately active just makes me laugh.

I have a desk job and used BodyMedia for 6 months and my average came out to the "Sedentary" calorie range on MFP. I add in whatever exercise I do (very conservatively) and eat those calories back daily b/c my schedule is a bit sporadic.
