Banana Pancakes!!

This is a great alternative to normal high calorie pankakes. So what you will need is. 1 medium-sized banana, 1 egg and as much cinnamon as you want. I love this recipie because you can find the ingredients at home and you dont have to go to the store
. So what you do is mash the banana with cinnamon and an egg untill you get a smooth-ish texture in the mixture. pour in a medium skillet and let it cook for about 2-4 min then flip. (Just like a pancake) sirve with fruit and nuts to make this even more nutritional. See you next time and I hope you try this healthy low fat recipie

I have tried a similar recipe and while they were not bad, if I'm going to eat pancakes I want the real deal.0
