Wanted to put this out there. I had a lot to lose and followed a very healthy plan where I never felt like I was missing anything and achieved that weight loss. In case you re in a similar circumstance and need to lose significant weight but not sure about how to approach it, I'm happy to share my experience. Let me know if you'd like my input.

Congratulations well done - that's a great achievement
And I imagine you are keeping your eyes on maintenance and how you're going to keep the weight off
It's always great to see someone who didn't feel deprived, there are a lot of us who follow a non-deprivation calorie control form of eating who see great success. Round here they seem to call it IIFYM (If it fits your macros) meaning get your nutritional requirements met and you can eat anything you want within moderate reason and your calorie target.
I lost 48lbs in 8 months, and also lost the need to use asthma medications, anxiety attacks and my size 12 wardrobe as well as at least 20 years . In the last 3 months maintenance I've dropped another 6lbs and I've gained energy and zest for life. It's great!

That"s fantastic. Congratulations on your continued success. I'm 9 pounds away from goal but have maintained my style of eating and logging for the last year. It's really become a very simple way of life for me as well.
I maintain a 1500 calorie diet with 40% protein, 30% fat (5% saturated), and 30% carbs. I also watch fiber, keep sugar under 50 grams a day (mostly natural from fruit and milk) and also make sure my vitamin intake is above recommended dosage as a minimum. I don't need to take any vitamins as my food choices give me all the nutrition I need. I'm personally loving my diet and could comfortably maintain it for life.

I feel bad, and I apologize, but when I first read this, I thought you were one of 'those guys' who share a tempting post, in order to get people to contact you and perhaps sign on to some diet scam/plan. But after reading the replies to your post, I gather you did it the 'real' way. I would like to know how you did it, much like how dietguy2014 shared his progress. Thanks

Thought I might be at risk of it being perceived that way. It isn't the case at all. I have happily used this program to help me achieve the success and it's worked really well. If I can offer mt experience to others first starting or having some challenges then it would be my pleasure to help.
