Runners! Question about improving pace- breaking a plateau?

Hi all- I've been back at running for about 5 months- just did a 10K 5/18 at a 9:13 pace. I run three times a week. Tuesday and Thursday I do 2-3 miles while pushing a double stroller which is equivalent to about 80 lbs. Saturdays I do a longer (4-6 miles) solo run without kids- usually around 9-9:30 pace.

Here's my question. On stroller days- I'm dying- yes for good reason but only running about 9:40-10:00 and need a few walking breaks to get through 2-3 miles. I have been stuck at this pace for months. Sometimes I push through the exhaustion but maybe I'm being unrealistic in thinking that I will get any faster given 1) how much weight I'm pushing 2) how my stroller isn't really a jogger and not so easy to push.

I was thinking to get one more early solo run in a week- just a quick 2 miler. Or cross-training? I am kind of plateaued with my pace/fitness goals etc.
