Hello! Just Getting Back Into It

Yikes.. so just got over to London from Thailand and New Zealand and have already succumbed to the many Cornish pasties, parmahams, fish and chips, and Scotch eggs. Need, need, NEED, to get back into my healthy regime and she'd a few pounds. "Which is more painful? The pain of discipline, or the pain of regret?"
My aim is to one day compete in fitness competitions so really need to get back on track with my eating.
I'm a huge believer in "everything in moderation" so my food diary should be very varied and will involve the occasional sweet treat.
I am so determined and cant wait to start seeing results! It is hard though as I'm working a couple jobs and don't have much time to myself. But here we go...
