Boot Camp-Scale Up Question

Last Monday I started a Fitness Boot Camp. It is VERY high intensity and I am drenched in sweat within minutes. Love that I am already starting to be able to do more and more and clothes are a bit looser. However, the scale went up two pounds. I tend to retain a lot of water due to inflammation so I assume that is what it is attributed to. Just wondering if that is normal and that it will balance out (soon)? I eat clean 95% of the time and lose slowly without exercise but committed to getting stronger and healthier by including a workout program. P.S. I am also doing pilates on 1 of the rest days.
