Today is the day!!!! After viewing some recent pictures of myself, I felt complete disgust at what I saw. Five years ago I had gastric sleeve surgery. That worked great for a year and I have been slowly moving backward for the past 4 years. First of all I feel really stupid for having failed with surgery!!!! How could I go to that extreme only to return to just about where I started. I am feeling really bad about myself and need all the help I can get!!!
