I started a medical weight loss diet last May (2014). I lost about 35 lbs. I was doing pretty well. I didn't follow the rules like I should, but for the most part I got my exercise in and ate as healthy as I could. I had foot surgery in January and I couldn't exercise for nearly 3 months. I got lazy. Gained some weight back and started to eat junk again. I've had a hard time getting back on track. I'm basically starting over again. I'm trying to go easy on myself. A pound a week. I will go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Starting out on myfitnesspal once again. I deleted my old account. I would love to make some friends. Feel free to add me. Debbie
