would it be beneficial if I do strength training in the morning, and cardio in the afternoon? I want to tone and lose weight, and I love cardio so it's actually fun to go twice but is it beneficial in the end?

You'll get a lot of different opinions on this, but I find it to be beneficial to break up strength and cardio training if possible; it allows your body to give more on each work out.0

Today I'm taking 3 classes: spin, weights, and then boxing.
Once I took four, but I was really beat afterwards - It was a cardio class with weights, hot yoga, spin, then full on weights class.0
