I'm 47 1/2. In 2005 I weighed myself at a zoo on a scale in the "Monkey House" I weighed 262 Pounds ! Today I weighed 159 Pounds ! I started setting goals and making lifestyle changes.
10 years later, I still set goals and make lifestyle changes.
