California roll salad, less than 330 calories
Got to share this, it was huge, delicious and very filling, for the same calories as a California roll.
In a bowl chop and mix
120g of lettuce
20g of grated carrots
70g cucumber, peeled
60g avocado
84g cooked rice, room temperature
85g imitation crab
Dressing
Mix
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1.5 tsp soy sauce
The only issue is that it's horribly low on protein (not kidding, I got 11g for 320 calories), but it's low enough calories that it can be made up easily with other meals.

That's a great idea. I'm going to try it with some smoked salmon to up the protein a bit.0

That's a great idea. I've never considered a sushi salad! I think it would be good with salad shrimp too. Just up the "meat" if you want more protein.0

Definitely adding shrimp next time!0 -
I make one too. I add some pickled ginger and nori strips. I also put a little wasabi in the dressing. Some people call it CHIRASHI-ZUSHI (SCATTERED SUSHI).

I did it at lunch with 3oz of shrimp in addition to the rest (added a bit more of everything too) and it was delicious (480 calories, 31g protein for a huge salad).0
