Have you found snack replacements for old favorites?

I easily polish off a bag of chips and dip in one mindless sitting.
I've found a more nutritious replacement.
I open a can of tuna, drain, sprinkle with vinegar and salt and pepper. Sometimes I add a bit of finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
I count out or weigh a serving of Special K cracker chips.
Those little chips are shaped like a wee bowl!
I spoon some tuna mixture on a chip, pop it in my mouth and repeat.
I love this new treat!

No, not really. IMO there is no substitute for chips and dip.

I eat other snacks, and I like them, some I like a lot! But I don't consider them a replacement, just a different snack. I miss chips and dip. I rarely have them.

I love them too.....and I rarely have them either.
Simply because.....well.....if I can't eat the entire bag with reckless abandon, then why bother?

I've never been a big snacker, but I'd have to say 100 calorie bags of popcorn and fudge pops (40 calories)
