Tasty cottage cheese dip with 60 cal pita chips.
2 cup Cottage Cheese, lowfat , cream style
1 fresh green onions , chopped
1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers , finely chopped
2 tbsp Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained , chopped fine
2 tbsp fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried basil)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp black pepper , freshly cracked. Pinch of salt Pita bread 60 calorie one. Blend everything save the green onions for garinish slice pita bread into chips bake until crispy on 350.
