I weighed in today at 158.8. I've been stuck at this weight for 2 years no matter what I've tried. Healthy eating and exercise just helps to maintain the weight. I am ready to start counting calories, practicing intermittent fasting and doubling my workouts to get the results I need. Anyone as motivated as I am is welcome to add me. I need the motivation to keep going! I've marked today as day 1 of the rest of my life!!! Get fit with me!

    I weighed myself for the first time in forever today, and I was really disappointed to see the number on the scale. I've gained back almost all the weight I had lost before. Instead of being discouraged, I find it's actually motivated me. I've added you. :) If anyone needs motivation, you're welcome to add me as well!

    Just about the same here. I bought a scale today and could no believe what results came back. I want to loose about 40-50 pounds. My goal is to loose 2 pounds a week. Some diet buddies would be nice.

    Started in March at 198lbs. Currently at 169lbs. Goal is to be 118lbs by Christmas.
