i just started the workout program I'm on phase 1 week 2 day 2 I'm following the meal plans as well out her daily routines at the gym. Has anyone had any true results from this program? If so I would love to hear your story and see result pics if possible.i just need a bit of motivation. Since she recommends no cardio the first month. I'm bit skeptical of my weight will start going up because of the muscle gain.

I followed her program last year and it was the best shape I'd ever been in!! I've since had some life changes and don't work out like I use to and I'm working to get back on track but I know her plan works. I wouldn't worry about the scale, having tone muscles will look and feel fantastic! Good luck!!0
