Hello all, I'm new to this site but not to having to shape up and lose weight, I am newly 60 and a grandma and energetic and work full time and a photographer as well. Married for 42 yrs I need to lose about 80 lbs but my downside is I tend to eat at night, during the day I graze. I do have gastroparesis, delayed stomach emptying so I have to watch fiber and high fat content, my body does not like those....it does however like fluids more, I bloat very easily....so it's like a double edge sword
