Hey guys. I started on here last mnth and had great results from 303lb to 285lb. I hit a 285lb wall and fell off my macro counting game. I still kept lifting tho but my diet is not as tight which may be why Im back at 288lb. I started running this week as well and want to get my diet back in check. I also want to surround myself with like peers so please don't be a stranger. Add me, tag me, however this works Im game.
