Pacer app problems! Help

i have pacer, the free step counter on my phone, it synchs to my fitness pal automatically but I messed with it of course. It had my calories adjusted and I was in the clear, I changed my activity level setting on pacer and it some how readjusted to say I only earned +25 calories after I walked over 7000 steps today (it originally was over 150) I don't understand and I really don't want my numbers to be off! Can someone help me?
