need help!

I need some help with keeping motivation! I am trying to lost lots of weight. Have been heavy most of my life and enough is enough. Its been a long road and I need all the help I can get. I know what I need to do, but its the support I'm lacking!!! I was doing well for 4 months. Dropped almost 50 pounds. Then I lost my beloved dog...my soul mate and best friend and went into this great depression. I'm ready to kick start again. And want and NEED to keep going this time. I'm off to a great start...just don't want to lose it this time!!!
