Need motivation!!

The past year and a half have been a struggle& I fell into a deep depression.
I went from working out 6 days a week to just staying in bed and eating junk 24/7...
I've gained back about 30lbs and have no motivation to do anything.
Any tips or anything that will help me stay motivated and focused? Also any easy healthy recipes?

    Well- I started going to the gym one day yes and one day no since i work constantly. Wen I go to the gym y run as much as I can following some weights for butt and thighs. I tend to eat the amount of calories I need for the day and keep a close eye on what I eat!!

    Small steps! We gotta get you outta your funk- I'm coming out of my 4 year depression and I'm feeling great after just a couple weeks of exercise and eating better! Feel free to add me if you ever need anything. I recommend you start by getting used to doing some cardio and trying to eat a healthy breakfast for awhile. Once you keep that up for awhile, I'd incorporate maybe a longer cardio and/or some weight lifting and substituting a snack throughout the day with something healthy! Like I said, small steps :)
