How do I work out the calories

Hi everyone. I just completed my first level 1 exercise of the Jillian michaels DVD. I know it's cardio but is it aerobics ? Low or high impact. I haven't a clue. I wanna add to my diary but don't know how? Help!!!

Under cardio log it as circuit training (combination cardio/strength)

Impact level, choreography, etc ...... tons of info
Re: calorie burns in MFP ..... these are "guesstimates" ..... calories will be overstated for some people & spot on for others. Calorie burns are dependent upon some factors that MFP (and cardio machines) cannot possibly know .... like exertion level.0 -
Which DVD is it? She has several workout DVDs. I think most of them are usually logged as circuit training.0
