Hi guys/girls here is a little ab routine you can do at home in your spare time.
Laying on back on floor.
Legs bent hands on thighs crunch up and touch your knees. X 10
Hands under bum legs straight double leg raises.x10
Knees bent hands by side move side to side to touch ankles x20
Hands under bum legs straight single leg raises at a slightly faster pace.x20
Repeat 3-4 times.
