    Sushi of course.

Any fish baked with lemon slices placed on top, a little fresh dill. Salmon marinated in low sodium soy sauce for 30 minutes and baked.

    Cedar planked and grilled.

    Blackened catfish.

Cheap and easy- fish tacos. Buy frozen cod loins, lightly dust in flour mixed with cajun seasoning and cook in a little bit of butter. Serve on soft corn tortillas with diced tomato and avocado. 8oz of cod is a huge portion and under 200 calories.

Mix a bit of flour, salt, pepper, lemon pepper and garlic, dust any white fish with it and fry from a bit of butter or oil for two minutes on each side.

Also, on can of diced tomatoes, some stock, veggies galore and valiant amounts of seasoning and whatever seafood you can find makes a tasty soup.

I did salmon fillets last night...

I brushed oil on the fillets, and seasoned only with black pepper and lemon-pepper salt on both sides. Grilled them and accompanied with a simple salad of shredded cabbage, cucumber, and tomato, with lime juice and salt as a dressing.

    :yum:
