Anyone else experience this? After I exercise, my appetite is seriously non-existant for at least an hour if not more. I have been forcing myself to eat some protein and healthy carbs but is it really necessary? I'd honestly prefer to enjoy my food rather than feeling like I have to force it down but I'm a bit confused on the timing of post-workout nutrition.
Any suggestions/input?
thanks!

No, it's not necessary to eat directly after a workout. Google "protein window myth"0
