Advice on nutrients please

Hi...I started my diet and fitness on 1st June and would like some advice on when to eat nutrients throughout the day...when is the best time to eat carbs/protein etc...a few people have told me to eat carbs in the morning and at lunchtime to keep me going...is this correct? I don't want to eat the wrong foods at the wrong time of day if you know what I mean...any advice would be most appreciated ☺

I find a good mix of fats, proteins and carbs at every meal suits me best - leaves me feeling satisfied for longer and helps avoid mid-meal snacking. If you are on low carb then breakfast needs to be protein and high fat.0

Eat what you like, when you like - it really isn't that important!
Personally, i like to eat most of my calories later in the day, often skip eating first thing, and eat the majority of my carbs pre and post training (at night). I like eating fewer meals, but bigger meals.0 -
