I really love my arms too! At first when I started I could barely do five push-ups now I can do about 26 in a row!!

How about some tips.
I am on a 1200 calorie diet, but cannot get rid of my tummy
Also I am now on a plateau need to lose 5 more pounds, Any sugestions for me?
