I've set my daily caloric intake to be 1778 on MFP. Now, here's a question. When I exercise, I will NOT eat the calories the calories I earn when exercising. Right? 1778 caloric goal is based on my daily activity level including exercise. Right?
On a side note, I wish I was 12 again and could just play kickball all summer and drop 10 lbs with out a problem. Now I'm 22 years older and balancing the fiscal budget is easier than figuring out my calories.
Grrr.

Correct. If you included your exercise in your TDEE calculation you do not need to eat those calories back. They're already accounted for.0
