Here I go!!

I've literally tried every diet going (including this, years ago). I just keep gaining, plus some!! I've hit my wall, and I'm determined that enough is enough!! Any useful tips, I've set my calorie goal for 1400 cals a day, which will allow me to loose 1.5lbs a week. I'm going to be very honest and logg everything. I am happy to go over my allowance to 1500, and have a day off at the weekend, but its going to work, all be it slowly.. Its not a race, I'm in the UK, if anyone wants to add me!!
