Hi, I am new to this fitness journey and always looking for friends for motivation and support. This is a lifelong journey so might as well enjoy it. My goal is not to lose weight as I am less than 120lbs but instead trying to gain some and stay fit and healthy. I run 3 times a week and do started doing some strength training. I am trying to eat healthy but the eating part is a bit harder as I skip meals sometimes as I barely get hungry. Feel free to add me if you are a positive person.
