How would I log (or should I log) square dancing, line dancing, slow dancing and fast dancing? I dance every Friday night, dance is 4 hours long. I have a Fitbit Zip, My Sync Elite and Map My Walk on my phone so maybe I don't need to log, not sure.

I have a fitbit one - I wear that when I dance. I don't log it separately. I say trust your Zip.

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit (that's what I do) or in MFP—never both.

You can learn more in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users

Link MapMy to Fitbit, not to MFP. I don't know what My Sync Elite is.

Thanks Liftin and Editorgrrl! The My Sync Elite I bought before the Fitbit, it's like a pedometer and counts steps, calories burned, etc. I have Map My Walk linked to Fitbit but thanks for the advice on that. Am a member of that group, thanks again.
