Hello everyone,

So glad that I found this site, but it seems I may have came late to the join the fun :). I started out being extremely sedentary only to spend my days working as a chemist and coming home playing games and eating. I started losing weight last year starting at a hefty 410 Lbs, over the course of my weight loss I was able to get to 244 Lbs by myself! I mostly lift weights and spend 15 minutes doing intervals on the treadmill that sort of stuff. My nutrition needs some work(I don't anything horrible...mostly. I just don't eat enough sometimes) and I am hoping my time here will help me come up with better nutritional goals.
