most of my failure is that I'm alone and have no support I live in league city Texas .. Anyone ???

    Hi Dee I'm Rhys, wow you live in Texas. I live in England, United Kingdom. I have recently started a diet and could do with some motivation. I have no support either. I usually last only a week on a diet, then I go back to sugary sweets and takeaways but hopefully with some support and motivation I can stay with this diet. :)
