HELP! Sprained foot!

Hey all! So I started the season full force in regards to my weightloss. I was doing great, then I got new shoes. I did Zumba in my living room with these new shoes and it hurt, so I did Zumba in my socks (how stupid!) My foot became sore, I pushed through the soreness, now my foot is SPRAINED! It is pretty bad, barely weight bearing, doc said it will be awhile before I can go back to my regular regime. :sad:

Here is where I need help...

I need to get back on track. Does anybody have ideas for cardio or anything that will help my weightloss? I've got weights and nutrition down, but I need to burn loads of fat off of my body. I don't have money for a gym membership, and I don't really have access to a pool either :grumble: I've been told by some people that an elliptical and stationary bike are OK on sprains, but considering the severity of my foot, I would probably injure it worse.
