Periods and working out (girls only)

I did not want to get too specific. I have anxiety/depression so it makes it very very hard to go to the doctors. My heart rate when i go is usually 155/80. I'd do anything not to go and THOUGHT that I could get opinions from others who work out on here to see if they have any similar issues. Yes the word I was looking for was colposcopy-and it came back negative. I had called him before asking for him to change my prescription and he said no. He was well aware the last time I visited I was having period issues and he didn't do anything about it.

Get a different doctor. 1) there is almost no valid reason a dr wouldn't change a BC RX. 2) you're not going to get sound advice here, ever. 3) pop a Xanax before you go to the dr, problem solved. Your snatch is bleeding uncontrollably, nobody here can give you advice that's going to change anything.

I went to another doctor and she wouldn't prescribe me anything for my anxiety, she told me I was 'too young' and 'didn't want me to become addicted'
And he wouldn't change it unless I was put to sleep and had the camera inside of me.
I wish I could say I was lying, but I am not.

Your attitude is pretty atrocious. Yes, there were some smart *kitten* answers here but there were also some helpful responses and you've chosen to treat them all as hostile. You're doing it wrong.
