Hallo, friends! I admin a small Facebook fitness/nutrition group. I started this as sort of a safe haven for newbies (like, admittedly, myself) and a place for more knowledgable folk (I'm getting there!) to share their wisdom. The group is closed, so you can request to join but all members still have a sense of privacy.

What this group is for
-Weightlifters
-People who like to EAT
-Beginners and Advanced alike
-Those looking for advice/motivation
-Those looking to advise/motivate

What this group is not for
-Cardio Diehards
-Obsessive caloric counters (EAT!)
-Know it all's (everyone works differently)
-Trolls, Antagonizers, and the like
