Just those few extra pounds!!!

Hi Guys,

I am trying to lose those extra few pounds and it seems impossible :) I do appreciate everyone here loosing so much and their success stories, but it seems that for me, 5 kg (11 lb) are really hard to lose...I am trying to eat healthy (of course I do eat some off limit foods during the weekends ) and I also exercise..mostly cardio, spinning and outdoor activities.

I made my diary public so I appreciate any advice(diet/exercise) from you all!!
