Anyone out there have a Misfit Shine? I do because I swim lots. Any suggestions on how to use everything on it?

I have the misfit flash, pretty similar, same app. There are some other posts over in the motivation and support group with a group of misfit users who may be able to help if you have specific questions. I haven't swam in mine but I have done spin class and changed the activity etc.0
