Crossfit and calorie intake

Hey guys. I have lost around 55 pounds with watching what I eat and running. I just started crossfit 2 weeks ago and LOVE it! I know that with gaining muscle I won't lose as much weight but still lose inches. I am to the point where I need to tone up. My main concern is if I am eating enough calories. I normally range from 1100-1300 a day. I am trying to stick to low-carb and do the 80/20 rule. I fill up on protein such as nuts whenever I am hungry and eat six times a day (3 meals 3 snacks). I also try to squeeze in 4 cross-fit classes and 4 runs a week. Any advice?
