Searching for support for a healthy lifestyle

So yeah. A picture was recently taken of me and I cringed from how I look. I have no problem working out and being active because I love running and playing sports but I work with a 2 year old with a heart condition who has just discovered how to eat orally. (He's been eating through a feeding tube since he was born) and there are all kinds of snacks around. It doesn't help that his favorite thing is ice cream! I also have a diabetic boyfriend so I have to have sweets around the house in case his sugars go low.
Anyways just looking to share my journey with others and receive some encouragement and hopefully I can do the same for others. Trying not to abuse the body God gave me any further!
