I'm new to all this but I'm joined the gym 3 days ago

I'm doing 3 half hour workouts per day as I'm 16st and hate my body all my life I've been a size 8/10 and I'm determined to get back to that size...... I need a training partner

    Good for you! I joined a gym at the beginning of the year and have been working out 5-6 days/week. I maintain a 1200 cal diet too. I've lost 54# with another 62 to go!
