Hi All,

Well, I'm back again, and this time starting much further than I left off. Now it's time to get to where I want to be, and enough farting around. When I left I was about 175, when I weighed myself about a week and a half ago, 215 *GASP*. How and the hell did I end up gaining it all back, plus some. Well, I've managed to lose 6 lbs in the last week just by drinking only water, and working around the house ALOT! I'm still too over weight for my own good. Since I'm on the road a lot, I need some extra, "Get your butt moving!"

My goal is a respectively healthy 145-150. That is what I'm supposed to be and where I'd love to be. Any suggestions, comment, or anything else that comes to mind, would be greatly appreciated.
