Roller Coaster Ride

Alright thought it might help me to write this down, so here goes!
2+ years ago started diet and exercise with MFP and lost over 50 lbs in about 6 months. :happy: And as everyone does I reached a point where nothing I did would help me loose more. :mad: I sat at 230lbs for almost a year and ate everything!

About 2 weeks ago I got on the scale and noticed over a 2 week time I gained 15 lbs back and was over 250 again. :frown:

So I got back into MFP and watching everything I eat so I am down 10lbs since then and My total is 38lbs (from 2+ yaers ago).

I have another at least 20lbs to go and want to know if these forums help motivate me or should I just not bother?:huh:

BTW I am 43 maried with 3 kids all over 20, working 2 jobs....everything I do is on the go including my diet.
