Feeling down

What do you do when you get down? I often get sad and feel like nothing I do is good enough because I don't see results. This often leads to me getting lazy and not wanting to try anymore. Any suggestions?

    Hmmm...I get the opposite. I tighten up my logging, take a look at my fitness program to see what I can better. Basically get pissed at myself and the scale and make changes until I see progress again. I get down easily and I used to try to talk to my mom about it, but she wants nothing to do with it. She always told me "give yourself 10 minutes to cry...then move on, and figure out what you need to make yourself happy".
