Burned 802 calories so far today with sit ups and swimming! We still have a walk tonight. Under calories too! Loving it!

If you're using the MFP database for those numbers, they're grossly overestimated0

Not to burst your bubble - but I'd be careful with numbers that high.... Unless you're doing hours of continuous swimming and sit-ups I wouldn't eat more than 1/2 those calories back.

Wow, I cannot imagine having the stamina to swim for hours for years to come, I am only two months into seriously swimming and I can only manage 30-40 minutes of intense swimming. Well done0

It says moderate swimming and I do anywhere from 1-3 hours 5 days a week. Have been doing it for months! Well before I had MFP!0
