Burned 802 calories so far today with sit ups and swimming! We still have a walk tonight. Under calories too! Loving it!

    If you're using the MFP database for those numbers, they're grossly overestimated

    Not to burst your bubble - but I'd be careful with numbers that high.... Unless you're doing hours of continuous swimming and sit-ups I wouldn't eat more than 1/2 those calories back.

    But great job on the workout! Sounds like you're really doing great! Hope you enjoy the walk tonight. :)

    Leaving for vacation Saturday.. I'm sure I will gain some back since we will be gone over 2 weeks. ✌️

    Wow, I cannot imagine having the stamina to swim for hours for years to come, I am only two months into seriously swimming and I can only manage 30-40 minutes of intense swimming. Well done :)

    It says moderate swimming and I do anywhere from 1-3 hours 5 days a week. Have been doing it for months! Well before I had MFP!
