Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines

Hey everyone! Today I purchased the Bikini Body Guide 12 week workout and will be officially starting this coming monday. For anyone who has done it- do you recommend the 4 weeks of pre training? I am fairly active, workout at least 4x a week and am familiar with her workouts for the pre workout. Do you suggest I jump right into week 1, or start with the pre-workout?

    I downloaded the free one-week trial and attempted abs today (I don't have the equipment I need for the other days). WHOA. Super intense. I couldn't do all of the exercises, just tried to modify as best as possible.

    Anyone else just starting?

    Any thoughts on if I should keep repeating these until I master them before moving on? Or keep going?

    I just finished week 1 - I didn't do the pre training just jumped right into the program. So far so good, I'm loving the exercises but WOW was I sore. How are you girls doing?
