I have a Fitbit and a HRM...

I'd like to use the Fitbit to measure my steps, including treadmill desk steps. And I'd like to use the HRM to estimate calories during actual workouts. How would I wear the FitBit to do that? Take it off when I exercise?

So do I
It doesn't matter ..I wear / take it off ...you log exercise on MFP by time and it supposedly overwrites any steps during that time with your workout calories
You have to make sure your time zones are right
Some days it makes mistakes like I end up with -1 from fitbit having walked 6000 steps because I've logged a 350 calorie workout during a 45 minute period ...other days I would get 280 calories from similar stats on top of my workout burn ...there seems to be no rhyme or reason
I've learned or just ignore it ...it seems to work0 -
Cool! I'll pull it off, then. It rubs a little when I'm all sweaty, anyhow.
I've picked the perfect time in the month to start logging my weight daily for an ego boost, but man, in a few weeks, it's gonna get depressing. lol.0
